Opening Celebration*

The Opening Celebration will kick-off the 2008 concert season at the Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts at MacArthur Park! Members of the community, business leaders and City officials will be in attendance. Guests at the Opening Celebration will continue to come to MacArthur Park throughout the summer for concerts presented at the Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts. The Opening Celebration offers participating restaurants a great opportunity for exposure to hundreds of community members and guests visiting from surrounding neighborhoods and other areas of Los Angeles. *Please note that several restaurants participate in the Opening Celebration as it is anticipated that over 3,000 will attend.

The Green Room is the reception area for the performing artists and musicians where food and beverage is provided throughout the evening to the performers as well as to volunteers and the production crew. The Green Room at the Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts at MacArthur Park has been retrofitted and redesigned to offer an exceptionally comfortable space. Participating restaurants will play a significant role in the overall experience of the performers at the Levitt Pavilion exposing them to the authentic flavors of one of Los Angeles' most famous neighborhoods.
