2010 Opportunities

LevittLA invites you to be part of the gift of music! Become a sponsor of the 2010 summer concert season through one of the unique sponsorship opportunities outlined below. Sponsorship elements can also be customized to meet the needs of your company and ensure a successful partnership with Levitt LA. There are numerous possibilities for on-site branding and exposure throughout the concert season and special events year-round.

Summer Concert Series

Sponsors will receive the following exposure for their contribution:

  • Sponsorship of an entire concert series
  • Prominent display of Company name and logo on 40,000 bilingual concert season  brochures (contingent upon meeting print deadline) distributed prior to and throughout the concert season, distribution throughout Westlake and surrounding neighborhoods including but not limited to, Downtown LA, Koreatown, Silver Lake, Pico Union, Echo Park, Historic Filipino Town, and Hancock Park
  • Highlighted feature and mention of Company name on Levitt LA social media networks, which include, Facebook, MySpace, and YouTube (for sponsors who did not meet print deadline)
  • Prominent display of Company name and logo throughout the LevittLA.org website, including the sponsor page
  • Recognition of Company from the stage as the 2010 Summer Concert Series sponsor; Company representative on stage welcoming audience and speaking about Company’s commitment to the community prior to the concert
  • Prominent display of Company name and logo on all flyers promoting concert series
  • Prominent display of Company name and logo as a major season sponsor on all flyers promoting the Opening Night Celebration and the Season Finale
  • Recognition of Company from the stage as sponsor at every concert
  • Company banners placed on high traffic and visible walkways both to the right and left of the  Levitt Pavilion stage each sponsored concert
  • Distribution of Company flyers at the Levitt Pavilion Information Booth
  • Company recognized and highlighted for supporting local non-profit or community-based organizations; Sponsor funded organizations at each concert will have the opportunity to staff a table and distribute information
  • Recognition of Company as a major sponsor of the 2010 summer concert season in various public relations efforts and media outlets

Summer Entertainment for the Community

Sponsors will receive the following exposure for their contribution:

  • Sponsorship of 2 concerts
  • Prominent display of Company name and logo on 40,000 bilingual concert season  brochures (contingent upon meeting print deadline) distributed prior to and throughout the concert season, distribution throughout Westlake and surrounding neighborhoods including but not limited to, Downtown LA, Koreatown, Silver Lake, Pico Union, Echo Park, Historic Filipino Town, and Hancock Park
